Sonus SBC 1000 or 2000 ASM update fails with Error “Exception occurred launching update”
Error:
Failed to perform last user action ‘Install ASM Update’.
Last Install ASM Update step took 2 secs.
Additional Information: Exception occurred launching update: broken uncompressed block
Or
Failed to perform last user action ‘Install ASM Update’.
Last Install ASM Update step took 9 secs.
Additional Information: Exception occurred launching update: CRC mismatch
Solution:
Unzip the Sonus CU Update package file into another location and try again.
